Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• The return request is approved by our support team

Please contact us at support@aevyn.store before sending any returns.

All approved returns must be sent to our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. Due to international shipping costs and long delivery times, we generally do not recommend returning items, as return shipping may exceed the value of the product and transit times can be long.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. In most cases, we will offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A partial or full refund without requiring a return

We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

• Buyer changes mind or no longer wants the product
• Incorrect product ordered by customer
• Wrong shipping address provided
• Minor differences in product appearance or description
• Issues caused by customs delays or inspections
• Packages returned or destroyed due to customs clearance issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections
• Carrier delays
• Force majeure events (weather, strikes, global events, etc.)

Tracking information may occasionally be delayed or unavailable depending on the shipping method.

Once a return or refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
